I would like to inform you of a change in personnel in the management of MBM Industry & Rail Tech GmbH.
I have decided after 48 years of work to retire from my active professional life. My oldest son, Mr. Stefan Tober (Dipl. Ing.), was appointed as the new Managing Director on 26.03.2013 and steps into my position.
My two sons Stefan and Christian Tober have held responsible positions for about 4 years, and together with our proven staff, contribute to the positive development of our family business. They will make sure that MBM will stay autonomous and independent of corporate and banking interests, developing, producing and selling sustainable products of lasting value. They continue to attach great importance to our existing cooperation with our long-term suppliers and highly specialized family businesses within our business environment.
Retiring as the founder, I am grateful for the many opportunities you have given us, the interesting and challenging tasks that you have provided us, and invite you to continue to do so.
With best wishes for a common future in an increasingly demanding environment, I wish say goodbye to you professionally.
