RS Permanent Magnet Clamping Chucks
Permanent magnet chucks Type RS, with neodymium magnet system and radial pole pitch are used for clamping which is difficult to hold rings and washers. Especially with large-diameters the radial or star pole pitch stand for higher rigidity and stability. RS clamping chucks are designed specifically to operate at higher speeds than other clamping chucks. The magnetic force is continuously adjustable, the centering grooves facilitate aligning the workpiece. A through hole with the diameter C is incorporated in the middle, the diameter B is magnetically not active.
