With the double-walled filter a hot liquid can flow through the outer chamber, to prevent congealing of the product flowing through the inside (e.g. chocolate).
Standard industrial double-walled magnetic filters are available for pipe sizes from DN50 to DN150. The magnetic filter is fitted with flanges that meet the requirements of DIN 2576 PN10. The housing is suitable for the food industry.
Cleaning: Once the product flow has been stopped, the entire magnet unit must be removed from the product chute. Then the magnetic bars can be pulled out of the extractor tubes, causing the Fe particles to fall off of the extractor tubes.
